35 teams from Ukraine (25 regional emergency and disaster medicine centers, 8 student teams, 2 private emergency medicine centers) and 7 teams from abroad (Hungary, Romania (the city of Satu-Mare and the city of Baia-Mare), Lithuania, Slovakia, Poland, Kazakhstan) will participate in this competition.
Last year, the crew of the Transcarpathian territorial center of emergency medical care won the first place at the All-Ukrainian competition of ambulance crews "Cherkasy Medical Rally – 2018". (Members of the crew: the head of the crew, doctor of emergency medicine – Serhiy Bodnar, doctor of emergency medicine – Eduard Horzov, medical assistant – Mykola Hlyvchak, driver – Attila Chukha).
Traditionally, the winner receives an honorable right to host the next competition. Therefore, the All-Ukrainian competition of ambulance crews "Transcarpathian Medical Rally – 2019" and the scientific and practical conference "Emergency medical care and disaster medicine of Ukraine in peace and war time" this year are held in our region. Participants from all regions of Ukraine and from abroad (Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Israel, USA, Canada, Sweden, etc.) are expected to attend the conference and the competition.
