70-year old Yuriy Kutsyn from the village of Kalyna, which is in Tiachiv district cultivates garlic in the size of a human hand in his garden. The African garlic was brought from Morocco – old man managed to visit 76 countries.
Yuriy Ivanovych says that garlic is valued around the world, it is considered as the best for salads and very expensive. The taste is not bitter and not burning, but soft and sweet. Old man especially likes to cook salads from garlic’s feathers.
