A woman, who was expecting twins, died in Uzhgorod

According to official information, on Tuesday 27 June, a pregnant woman, who was expecting twins, died in Uzhgorod perinatal center.

The death of a pregnant woman with twins was confirmed to the Mukachevo.net by the Deputy Director of the Department of Health of the Regional State Administration Tetyana Mitsyo.

However, as of Tuesday, June 27, the police neither confirmed, nor refuted this fact. According to the spokeswoman of Transcarpathian regional police Tetyana Schoholeva, as of Wednesday morning, June 28, the situation has not changed: the police have no information about this tragedy, so there is no criminal case or anything.

Itis also not yet known where the woman was from and how old she was. The cause of death of the woman is also not yet known, it will be clear from the findings of postmortem diagnosis, the doctors said.
