A unified system to ensure the rights and provide assistamce to the ATO participants and their families is being established in Transcarpathia

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration initiated a meeting on social security of the ATO participants and their families with all services whose work is related to these issues.

"We are doing a lot, but I think that is not enough. There should be a clear, precise, orderly system – so that people were able to receive all that they have the right to. It must be coordinated and centralized. It is necessary to join the efforts of the military commissariats, social protection services, doctors, land services, local governments, etc.," – Vasyl Hubal said.

The head of the region offered specialists to develop a unified system for coordination of this work. By the way, Lviv Regional State Administration opened the "single desk" on these issues, and every case is under control until completion. Transcarpathia is studying this experience, but will go their own way. They discussed the organization of such services in districts and towns of the region.

The head of the RSA, who expressed his vision of the system – it should be convenient for people and fair – in two days expects for concrete proposals from regional services, and also on procedures for control over solution of problems of the ATO participants and their families.
