A Ukrainian pilot, who was carrying contraband cigarettes by plane, died in Slovakia

Slovak mass media believe that the death of the Ukrainian, who on Thursday was delivered to the hospital by his brother, is connected to the smuggling of cigarettes from Transcarpathia to Slovakia.

The autopsy showed that the man was hit. Law enforcement officials also believe that he was hit in a field when he was navigating a plane carrying smuggled cigarettes from Transcarpathia.

The tragedy occurred near the village of Nižný Hrušov. The cigarettes were not found in the plane. They suspect that the plane was piloted by the man, who brought his dead brother to the hospital.
