December 19, Beregovo district court, with the participation of Beregovo interdistrict prosecutor, convicted a Transcarpathian of committing a series of crimes (Part 2 of Art. 185, Part 3 of Art. 185, Part 2 of Art. 186, Art. 395 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – theft, robbery, violation of administrative supervision).The convicted has been sentenced to 4 years imprisonment.
According to Beregovo interdistrict prosecutor Miroslav Onysko, the Transcarpathian, who had recently came out of prison, commited crimes again: in March this year, he, being drunk, stole a mobile phone from his friend. Then the offender stole bank cards from a pensioner, and spent the money. So, he was arrested by the police. He did not resist and admitted the guilt.
In addition, at the trial the prosecutor proved that the defendant had violated the rules of administrative supervision imposed on him by Beregovo district court – informed the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
