A “policeman’ cheated a pensioner out of 6,000 UAH

Yesterday, 72-year-old female pensioner, resident of the village of Korolevo, reported a fraud to Vynogradiv District Police. On that day, a stranger, who introduced himself as a police officer, called the woman. The "policeman" demanded from her the money in the amount of 6,000 UAH for releasing her son from criminal prosecution. The woman transferred the money to the account through one of the commercial banks.
