The issue is as follows. On this section of the sidewalk, there is a constant lively vehicular traffic, although nearby, between houses 31-33, there is a large parking lot. This traffic, firstly, poses a danger to pedestrians, and secondly, the asphalt pavement of the sidewalk gets ruined, large pits have formed; in autumn and spring periods, large puddles are formed in these pits, which leads to inconvenience to pedestrians.
