In Uzhgorod city election commission, a member from the party "Samopomich" Ivan Povkhan took part in the meeting, during which he was registered as a candidate for the City Council.

Ivan Povkhan, after voting for his registration, continued to work at the meeting voting for other draft decisions, while being both a member of the TEC and a candidate for deputy.

On September 6, by the Resolution of the Central Election Commission No. 230 (Annex 13), Ivan Povkhan was appointed a member of Uzhgorod city election commission.
