Irshava district court found the man guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art.121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (grievous bodily harm), and under Art. 69 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine sentenced him to imprisonment for 5 years.
Irshava district prosecutor’s office supported the state prosecution in this criminal proceeding. They proved in court that, during an argument with his son-in-law, the Transcarpathian on the grounds of personal hostile relations, intentionally inflicted the latter two blows to the head with an ax. The victim soon died from the injuries.
The judgment became final.
