A juvenile boy, who brutally killed his friend, was sent to a mental health facility

The investigating judge of the Uzhgorod City and District Court granted permission to refer a juvenile suspect to a psychiatric hospital for a comprehensive forensic psychiatric examination. The latter was ordered by an investigator in the criminal proceeding.

In order to conduct this expert examination, the person is sent to a specialized medical institution for a period of no more than two months.

Thus, according to the decision of the investigating judge, the permission was granted to refer the 14-year-old suspect to a specialized medical institution and to conduct a forensic psychiatric examination in a hospital setting.  

Recall that recently residents of Nyzhnya Apsha in Tyachiv district blocked the road Mukachevo-Rohatyn because the murder suspect was walking freely in the village.
