A Hungarian offered a border guard 200 hryvnia bribe

Yesterday, border guards of the department "Luzhanka" of the Mukachevo Detachment recorded another attempt to give undue advantage.

A 50-year-old citizen of Hungary arrived at the crossing point "Luzhanka" to leave Ukraine. During the passport control, border guards found out that the man had exceeded the allowed period of stay in Ukraine.

While clarifying the circumstances of the offense, the foreigner offered a border guard undue advantage in the amount of 200 UAH, to which he received a categorical refusal.

The police were reported about possible signs of a crime. Also, the citizen was fined for the violation.
