A group of illegal migrants from the Caucasus were detained on the border with Poland

Today, June 30, at dawn, in the course of special measures "Frontier-2015", border guards of the Chop detachment detained five people from the Caucasus, who were going to Poland.

The "green berets" of the "Verkhovina Bystra" department deployed in Velyky Berezny distrit received the information about a group of men of Caucasian appearance in the border area in advance. The Task Force with a sniffing dog detained unknown men two kilometers to the Ukrainian-Polish border. When asked by border guards about their citizenship, all five reported that they came from Georgia, but had no documents to confirm this. Also, the detainees reported that in search of better living conditions, they were going to get to one of the EU countries.

The offenders were taken to the border guard department where the detainees were identified and administrative and procedural documents were drawn up. Further fate of the "travelers" will be decided in the court.
