On October 29, at 5:16 pm, the Rescue Service "101" received a report of a fire in a three-story residential building belonging to a local Greek Catholic community in the village of Bohdan in Rakhiv district. This was reported to the Uzhgorod City Site by the Regional Office of the SES.

The fire over the area of 170 square meters was contained at 18:35, and complete elinination lasted until 23:00. In total, 21 rescuers, four firetrucks and two motor pumps were employed. The Carpathian Biosphere Reserve fire crew also assisted Rakhiv district rescuers. Nobody was injured or killed.
