Yesterday a citizen of Uzhgorod reported to the local police department that on Cyril and Methodius square an unknown woman had offered him to buy her two children – three-year old brothers Victor and Mykhailo.
During the operational-investigative activity the police detained a 37-year old Natalia, who admitted that for several days she had been trying to sell her children. The mother appealed such deed to her precarious financial situation.
