847 houses in Uzhgorod are prepared for winter

At the Executive Committee meeeting, they are reporting on activities carried out in 2013 to prepare the housing stock for winter.

The head of the division in the Department of Municipal Economy Oleksandr Kostenchuk reported: in 155 porches, they replaced windows and doors, 159 porches were whitewashed, in 141 houses they performed maintenance of water supply and sanitation networks.

 Also he said that in Uzhgorod, there are 43 boiler rooms for heating 72 state institutions of the city. The budget owes 2,222,000 UAH for gas and about 160,000 UAH for electricity.
