71 constituency: the chairman of the election commission brought CEC resolution under her skirt

On Sunday, November 4, at about 9.20 the head of the 71th constituency election commission Olga Kadar came in the commission building. According to one of the members of the commission, under the dress she had a hidden package. At one point the head of the commission tried to throw it in the safe, but another member of the commission prevented her from doing so. When asked by the members of the commission (4 persons), she explained that these documents were allegedly delivered from the CEC at her home address.

Although according to the procedure, documents from CEC must arrive by courier, be registered in the log, etc. This package was without stamps, labels and marks, as provided by law.

As it turned out, these were the documents the replacing of 5 members of the commission.

Lawyers and the present members of the election commission immediately pointed to the dubious nature of the documents.
