On December 1, the library turned into a modern and comfortable space for communication. In the format of “human library”, within the XIII Travelling International Documentary Film Festival on Human Rights Docudays ua, the Student Self-Government “Korzo” organized in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library the campaign “Human Rights: A modern vision.” Other organizers of the event were the Education Department of Uzhgorod City Council, the NGO “Youth Self-Government “Insider”, Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library and the NGO “Vested”.
