Transcarpathian regional council did not gather for extraordinary session. This was reported by the journalist Yaroslav Hulan.He said in his facebook: “Members of the Party of Regions ignored the meeting. Volodymyr Zakureny explained that they did not mind, but the previous session is not closed, so the extraordinary session is illegitimate. The Chairman of the Regional Council announced the meeting of the members of all local councils.”
A big event for football lovers was held in the village of Pidvynogradiv in Vynogradiv district. According to the coach of the Children’s Sports School “Colossus” Ivan Rabovsky, the stadium “Ardovets” hosted the final of the football championship of the district among girls and boys teams of the District Children’s Sports School. The extraordinary meeting of the session, where the appeal will be considered, is scheduled for today at 14.00. As you know, Transcarpathians MPs and civil society activists are to speak there. It is currently not clear whether the Party of Regions members will be at the session. Meanwhile, the student euromaidan in Uzhgorod continues – the youth announced a total “mobilization” for 12.00, and Student rally – for 14.00.
As we know from our own sources, deputies do not plan to demand the resignation of the Prime Minister.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 647/2013 On rewarding of members of the Ukrainian public organization “Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine” with state awards of Ukraine for outstanding contribution to the public policy, the protection of legitimate rights and freedoms of taxpayers, many years of fruitful work and professionalism, Viktor Yanukovych awarded Marta Hnativna Voloshchuk – the head of the Territorial department in Transcarpathian region – with the Order of Princess Olga of the III degree.
Marta Hnativna teaches at Uzhgorod National University and has academic rank of assistant professor of administrative, financial, informational and European Public Law of UzhNU, is a founder and board member of the NGO “Union of generals”, NGO “Native Transcarpathia”, NGO “Woman of Transcarpathia” and is a member of the Presidium of the Public Council of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the Public Council under the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region.
Today, November 27, on Teatralna Square in Uzhgorod the student strike continues: young people stand for European integration and urge the President to sign the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. Currently, there are much less students on the square than yesterday.
