At today’s meeting of the Uzhgorod city council, there was the debate concerning the allocation of additional land to the company, which plans to build on the vacant lot near the department store “Ukraina”.
Uzhgorod City Table Tennis Federation was granted the rent of the former boiler room at: Uzhgorod,Volodymyrska st., 26a.
“The rent for the building of the “Chervena Ruzha” brings around 70,000 UAH per month and it is good revenue to the city budget, especially since the lease is, I think, to 2024″ – deputy Rostislav Bulanov objected to the sale of the building.
At the session, deputies approved the draft decision relating to water recreational areas. Among other things, it provides that the holders of the books thereof shall be responsible for their maintenance (including cleaning).
The “Uzhgorod Vodokanal” utility was granted over two million hryvnias. The decision was taken by deputies at the meeting of the regular session. The reason, as explained earlier, is a significant tax debt of the company. See details in the draft decision

On Sobranetska street, they renovated the house adjacent to the “home” of the Chop customs. Instead of peeling facade we see a carefully whitewashed one – the building looks significantly nicer. Apparently, they did it to avoid too much contrast with the manicured façade of the customs office, which they, obviously, worry about the most.
