Officials want to ban independent heating in apartments
Ukrainians may be prohibited to heat their apartments autonomously. Thus officials want to preserve a disbalanced centralized heating system. The National Commission for Regulation of Utilities have developed the relevant bill and referred it for consideration to the relevant ministry.
