2 pseudo-employees of the Pension Fund have been taken into custody

September 6th, at the request of the Beregovo interdistrict prosecution, two natives of Lviv region who, posing as employees of the Pension Fund, had robbed elderly people, by a court order, were taken into custody.

According to acting Beregovo interdistrict prosecutor Oleksandr Andryshyn, the two women, who by the way had repeatedly been convicted of similar offenses, fraudulently gained trust of pensioners and entered into their homes. Then, having distracted their attention, they would rob them.

Currently, it is established that those persons during the summer committed two thefts in Beregovo district and three in the city of Mukachevo.
