118.7 thousand tons of cargo has been exported to European countries throuth Transcarpathian customs office

For the first two months of the year, Transcarpathian customs office cleared 118.7 thousand tons of export cargo with the total value of nearly 4 billion hryvnia. Compared to the same period in the last year, the weight indicators increased by 8.9%, and the value indicators reduced by 13.7%. These changes are caused primarily by changes in nomenclature of exported goods. The countries that dominated in the export operations in January-February 2015 were: Hungary, Germany, Poland and Slovakia. In addition to Transcarpathian entrepreneurs, the export operation were carried out by entities engaged in foreign economic activities from the city of Kyiv, as well as Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Lviv regions, which exported 2.1% of all goods. As of March 1, 2015, 2963 entities engaged in foreign economic activities are registered with the Transcarpathian customs, 744 of which carried out customs clearance in February 2015.
