Christmas markets will open in Ukraine on December 10. A Christmas tree will cost an average of 75 hryvnias.
This was reported by the press service of the State Forest Agency on its Facebook page.
"Foresters have already begun preparations for the sale of Christmas trees to local population. After December 10, Christmas markets at state forestry enterprises will open in Ukraine,” – the statement reads.
Foresters plan to sell more than 500,000 Christmas trees this year. Popular among Ukrainians are: Scots pine, Pallas (Crimean) pine, European spruce, white spruce (fir). The average price for Christmas trees this year is 75 hryvnias.
