COVID-19: the situation as of November 17 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

The situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as 9.00 November 17:

9140 Transcarpathians have recovered

During the past day, November 16, 267 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 10 are health care workers and 9 are children.

1576 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

For the past 24hrs, 3 deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 474 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

Overall, as of 9:00 am on November 17, 2020, 19826 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1716 are health care workers and 1020 are children.

As of the morning of November 15, 4041 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

94 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod. One person died.

2146 people have recovered  

61 persons have died.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on November 17, there have been 557657 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 9856 were fatal, 250983 patients have recovered. During the day, 11968 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
