The projects which received the most votes are: "Modern multifunctional sports ground on the territory of the secondary school №1", Reconstruction of the pool in ZDO №36", "Multifunctional yards – sports and leisure in the Novy nrighbourhood", "Uzhgorod – humane city", "Installation of underground garbage containers", "Modern safe playground at Mozhaisky st., 7", "Education of the elderly. Give hope", "Multifunctional sports and recreation area".
The winners will be selected by an expert commission, which includes deputies of the city council, employees of structural units of the city council and members of the public. A total of UAH 5 million is provided from the city budget for the implementation of the winning projects: up to UAH 1.75 million for all local projects, and up to UAH 3.25 million for large ones. Recall that this year Uzhgorod residents submitted 32 projects with a total expected cost of over 17.5 million hryvnias.
