A resident of Mukachevo district paid more than 160,000 hryvnias in alimony

The alimony arrears, which have existed since 2015, were repaid due to the imposition of the statutory restrictions provided by Article 71 of the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings", namely on:
– leaving Ukraine; 
– driving vehicles; 
– use of firearms; 
– hunting. 

Property was also seized and the debtor was sentenced to community service. 

Due to the application of these restrictions, the debtor paid the full sum of alimony arrears in the amount of UAH 163,192.50, the press service of the South-Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (Ivano-Frankivsk) reported.
