On Wednesday, the head of the office of the Prime Minister of Hungary, Gergely Gulyás, said that stricter rules for travelling abroad would be introduced next month. Merkely Béla, professor and rector at Semmelweis University, said earlier that the situation with the epidemic could change in the autumn, but that it would not be possible to close the country twice a year, so a different strategy was needed.
