Thefts keep occuring in Uzhgorod stores (VIDEO)

In Uzhgorod, video surveillance cameras continue to record thefts. 
The problem of petty thefts in shops and supermarkets is old and, it would seem, not too serious. 
But "petty theft" does not mean a "small problem": law enforcement, for example, cites statistics showing that retail outlets in the world lose more than $ 10 billion worth of goods each year as a result of shoplifting.
Footage from video surveillance cameras was posted on the social network Facebook. 
"I can’t stop stealing," the caption to the video reads.
