In Uzhgorod, a man jumped out of a moving ambulance and impaled himself on a fence

Probably, in this way the man tried to commit suicide by implaing himself on sharp elements of the fence. Policemen came to help the paramedics. 
The information was published on the page "Patrol Police of Transcarpathian region" on the social network Facebook. 
"When seconds save lives – this is exactly the situation that happened yesterday in Uzhgorod. On Sobranetska Street, a man ran out of a vehicle while being transported by an ambulance and tried to inflict bodily injuries on himself by jumping on the sharp elements of the fence,” – the statement reads. 
At that moment, police lieutenant Olga Martin and police lieutenant Maryana Pavlyshynets were driving past the scene. The patrol police officers immediately assessed the situation, as there was a threat to human life – they immediately stopped and rushed to the rescue. Together with passers-by, they managed to quickly remove the man from the fence. Fortunately, the man’s life was saved. Doctors on the spot gave the man first aid and transported him to the hospital.
