COVID-19: the situation as of July 1 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

Situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as of 9.00 on July 1: 

– during the past day, 72 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19

– overall, 2454 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 449 are health care workers and 167 are children.

– overall, 95 people with the confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have died.

– 25552 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out in the region.

– 953 patients have recovered.

As of the morning of July 1, 565 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

7 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

311 people have recovered  

9 persons have died.
  
21 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 224 are on outpatient treatment.

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have made 21 visits, 105 samples of biological materials have been collected for polymerase chain reaction test. 

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on July 1, there have been 44998 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 1173 were fatal, 19548 patients have recovered. During the day, 664 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
