Hungary will not penalize Ukrainians for expired documents

Hungary will not fine Ukrainian citizens for expired documents and visas for stay in the country during the quarantine period due to the coronavirus. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (MFA).
According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the Hungarian government agreed not to penalize citizens of Ukraine for expired documents during the period of restrictive measures. Ukrainians will be able to extend their residence permits.
"The Hungarian government has allowed to extend the terms of documents and visas for stay in Hungary for the duration of the restrictive measures," – the MFA informed.
