Today, December 12, the session of Uzhgorod city council began with the appeals of the city residents. They came to the session to tell the deputies and city officials about the problems in apartment buildings in which they live.
Thus, the residents of the city asked to help with the repair of the roofs in their houses. Residents complained that the roofs were leaking, which results in molding on the walls, which negatively affects the health of the people.
The mayor reported that 136 roofs in apartment buildings had been repaired during the current year, along with electrical boards and other facilities of the city.
“Currently, 10 more roofs are being repaired, financing for two more facilities is currently being secured, as such works are carried out on co-financing basis. And in general, repairs will be carried out next year,” – the mayor said.
