Irshava district has received a new head of District State Administration (ORDER)

On December 4, 2019, the president signed the order appointing the head of the Irshava District State Administration.

It is Victor Tovsty, who until now has been a deputy of the Irshava united territorial community. He has a law degree and is also an entrepreneur. His "Tovsty & Partners" LLC provides information, advertising, business consulting and accounting services.

On December 4, the Order of the President of Ukraine No.439 / 2019-rp was posted on the President’s website.

"To appoint Tovsty Victor as the head of the Irshava District State Administration of Transcarpathian region,” – the order reads.
