Transcarpathian, who invented paper made of leaves, has won another award

Transcarpathian Valentin Frechka, who is currently studying at Kyiv National University, won an award at an international competition.

He presented the method of making paper from leaves. The Ukrainian won second place. The author of the project reached the finals of the University Startup World Cup 2019 competition in the "Environmental" section. 
We have overcome the barrier between science and business. We have started implementing our project. Today, we announced this on the world startup stage, and tomorrow our technology will save the world, – Valentin Frechka wrote on his Facebook page. The scientist has been working on the project since 2016. Having studied the works of his predecessors in this field, the developer together with a colleague presented the project "RE-leaf paper" at an international competition, – the Channel 24 writes. The scientists want to get a certificate from the European Association of Paper and Pulp Manufacturers and bring the output to scale.
