This giant cauliflower was grown by Anatoly Bushko in the Horyany neighbourhood in Uzhgorod. It weighs as much as 3.5 kg and its diameter is 35 cm. Mr. Anatoly told us that this is the first time he had grown one of those, although he enjoys growing vegetables. Everything is grown in the open ground, including this specimen, which, by the way, is self-seeded.
He has no particular recipe for cultivation or care, just advises always to water crops well, because vegetables love it.
What did they do with the "record holder"? They have already eaten half of it. He and his wife Eva decided to look up on Google if anyone has managed to grow a cauliflower this big. They only found a specimen weighing 2.5 kg. So we have a kind of record.
