The water in the well in the Shakhta neighborhood in Uzhgorod is colored red with an unknown substance. 
 
The incident was reported by social network users. 
Thus, a user Svetlana Movzer made a post on the page of the local community "Uzhgorod" and shared a photo of contaminated water. 
“The water in the well in the Shakhta is colored red with an unknown substance. People had been enjoying fresh, cool water for many years until some idiot threw who knows what into the well. Who would do that?! As long as there are such jerks among us, the society will be contaminated, just like the water,” – the post reads.
