The fourth International Summer Programming School in Uzhgorod will start tomorrow. This year, almost 150 students, coaches and lecturers from Ukraine and Georgia will take part in it.
50 teams from the leading universities of Kyiv, Tbilisi, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Ternopil, Sumy, Uzhgorod and other cities will participate in the 2019 Summer Programming School. In addition, students from Khust and Uzhgorod will compete with already experienced and distinguished students. The School will be held for eight days in the already traditional format: every day, the lecturers will explain to the participants complex programming topics, after which the teams will compete to solve problems on those topics. The teams are divided into two leagues (based on experience and level of knowledge). The lecturers in both leagues are leading programming specialists.
The organizers arranged for the programmers an educational excursion program: the participants will be able to see the most popular tourist spots of Transcarpathia and the border cities of neighboring countries. The winners will receive cash prizes.
The opening of the IV International Summer Programming School will be held on Thursday, August 8, at 5 pm in the "green" building of UzhNU (Zankovetska str., 89A).
