Three candidates for the Verkhovna Rada, who ran in single-seat districts in Transcarpathia and had the support of the Hungarian government, lost the election.
According to the "Yevropeiska pravda", this is evidenced by the data on the website of the Central Election Commission.
Three Hungarian candidates – Vasyl Brenzovych, Yosyp Borto and Miklos Tovt – ran as self-nominated cadidates in single-seat constituencies.
Brenzovych, who in the previous convocation was a deputy from the BPP party, lost in the 73rd constituency. Based on 55.65% of protocols, he has half the votes of his opponent, Vladislav Polyak.
In the 69th district Tovt ranks third (14,22% of votes) based on 72.18% of protocols processed.
Borto in the 68th district is only the fourth with a result of 15.90% of the vote,
The CEC has processed almost half of the protocols.
