Today, in Uzhgorod, at Poshtova sq., 4 "A", a basement was discovered during the works at the construction site. At present, a decision was made to temporarily suspend the work on the area of the site, where the basement was found, until the archaeological protection service makes conclusions. This was informed by the press service of Uzhgorod City Council.
At the same time, they inform that the developer has all the permits, in particular, in December 2014, the City Planning and Architecture Department of Uzhgorod City Council granted the city planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of a mall on the land plot.
On the basis of the developed project documentation, which passed the examination (expert report dated January 29, 2016, No. 7-012-16, KCh / IF), the Declaration of the Construction Commencement No. ZK083162531510 dd. 09.09.2016 was granted for the facility "The construction of a shopping center at Uzhgorod, Poshtova sq., 4 "A" (registered in the unified register of documents under the number ZK102191621420 dd. 06.11.2019).
