The tragedy occurred in the village of Tarasivka (Tereshul) in Tyachiv district.
According to preliminary reports, a car fell into the river. Four people died, one person was carried away by water.

The terrible accident was confirmed to the "Pershij.com.ua" by Transcarpathian regional police. The police informed that they had received a report about a traffic accident with victims. Currently, the investigative team is working at the scene. However, the police will provide more information later, once law enforcement officers have finish examination of the scene, which is the mountainous terrain.
