On June 8, in the evening, the police received a report about a traffic accident in Vynogradiv.
The investigative team, which arrived at the scene, found out that around 10:00 pm, a 20-year-old resident of Vynogradiv, driving an AUDI A6, failed to make way to a 20-year-old resident of Vynogradiv, who was driving a motorcycle Stark. As a result of the collision, the driver of the motorcycle was injured and hospitalized.
The police began to investigate the traffic accident with victims. The case is classified under Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The drivers’ blood samples were taken. According to the test results, both drivers were sober. As of now, a pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
