About 100 boxers from Kyiv, Lviv, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytsky, etc. came to the regional center of Transcarpathia for the championship of the All-Ukrainian Sports Sports Society "Ukraine" and the open championship of Uzhgorod among men. The host city of the competition is represented by athletes from the Uzhgorod Boxing Federation.
Today the official opening of the championship took place
The opening was attended by the Uzhgorod Mayor, as well as the advisor to the President of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine Vasyl Chepa, the head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vitaliy Erfan, the president of Uzhgorod Boxing Federation Stepan Molnar, the chief judge of the competition Oleksandr Pitiushenko.
Every day, the competitions starts at 10.00, the matches are judged by referees of international category. The championship will continue until Thursday, May 30, and the awarding of athletes will be held on the same day.
