In Transcarpathia, members of one of the PECs will not answer phone calls, the DEC has not yet finalized the protocols

Members of the polling station election commission 210002 (the village of Badalovo, Beregovo district, constituency 73, center – Vynogradiv) incorrectly indicated the number of their polling station in the protocol on the results of voting. Members of the district commission No. 73 sent the PEC to fix the error in the protocol. Having left the DEC, the members of the polling station commission stopped answering phones.

As of 07:00, DEC No. 73 announced a technical break, the next meeting is scheduled tentatively for 15:00. The PEC 210002 is the only one in the district which hasn’t yet submitted the protocol on the results of voting.

Meanwhile, according to the OPORA observers, as of April 22, 10:00 AM, the DEC 62 (center – Uzhgorod) has already processed all protocols of the polling station election commissions, so a technical break has been been announced to form the protocol on vote counting.

As of 11:30, a technical break was announced at the DEC 69 (center – Mukachevo). According to the OPORA, the meeting will continue on April 22 at 5:00 pm. As of 10 am, the District Election Commission No. 70 (center – Svalyava) continues to process PEC protocols.

The DEC No.71 (center – Khust) and No.72 (center – Tyachiv) as of 08:00 am has processed the protocols of all polling stations and announced a technical break, approximately until afternoon, April 22.
