In Transcarpathia, there are problems with the formation of precinct election commissions

As of 15:00 on April 18, resolutions of the district election commissions on the formation of precinct election commissions in Transcarpathian region have not been published on the Central Election Commission website. According to the OPORA observers, all 6 district election commissions in the region formed PECs the day before or on April 15, but OPORA has not received all resolutions on the formation of PEC and appendices.

As OPORA already reported, as of April 13, in all six constituency election commissions in Transcarpathia, there was a problem of the shortage of the PSC members from the presidential candidate Petro Poroshenko, and in some of them – from both candidates. However, as of April 15, according to the chairs of the DECs, all PECs have been formed.

Observers of the OPORA promptly received resolutions on the formation of PECs from the members of the DECs №68 (center – Uzhgorod), №69 (center – Mukachevo), №70 (center – Svalyava), №72 (center – Tyachiv), №73 (center – Vynogradiv). Resolutions of the DEC №71 (center – Khust) were provided to the OPORA observer on April 18.
