A raid to detect violators of the street maintenance rules was held in Uzhgorod

The employees of the municipal guard department of Uzhgorod City Council, the patrol police and the company "AVE Uzhgorod" conducted a joint raid to identify violations of the street maintenance rules, including the prosecution of violators who make illegal garbage dumps on the territory of Uzhgorod.

In particular, they were working on Vyacheslav Chornovil, Antoniy Hodynka, Stepan Vayda, Oleksandr Bohomolets, General Svoboda, Vilmosh Kovach, Oleksandr Popadynets, Ilya Brodlakovych, Fedir Potushniak, Onokivska, Yuriy Hoyda, Taras Shevchenko, Zakarpatska, Hvardiyska, Vasyl Dokuchaev, Sriblyasta streets.

During the raid, several reports of administrative offenses were drawn up. Such joint raids will be regular, since Uzhgorod residents often make illegal garbage dumps near container sites or in yards.

Note that according to Art. 152 of the CAO, violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of street maintenance entail imposing on citizens a fine in amount of 20 to 80 tax-free minimum incomes, and on officials and entrepreneurs – 50 to 100 tax-free minimum incomes.
