Moskal is one of the most responsible heads of the RSAs (+ INFOGRAPHICS)

The head of Transcarpathia Hennadiy Moskal ranked third in the ranking of the responsible heads of regional state administrations.

 The results of this study were published by the Analytical portal "Slovo i Dilo". The top three also includes the leaders of Dnipropetrovsk region and Kharkiv oblast, all three officials have minimum gap in the ranking.
In addition, the specialists of the "Slovo i Dilo" analyzed how the heads of regional administrations fullfill their promises. Thus, Hennadiy Moskal is in the top five of those who fullfilled more than half of the promises. Compared to 2017, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration fullfilled 10% more promises and finishes 2018 with an index of 58%.
