Moskal ordered to ensure that owners of cars with foreign registration stuck in the European Union are able to return to the territory of Ukraine (DOCUMENT)

The head of the regional state administration signed the order "On ensuring the return of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of Ukraine", which concerns the owners of cars with foreign registration, who left Ukraine before the entry into force of the law on the legalization of cars with foreign registration, the press center of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration reported. According to the document: "The territorial bodies of the State Border Guard Service, the head office of the State Fiscal Service in Transcarpathian region shall ensure that citizens of Ukraine, who left Ukraine by vehicles with foreign registration before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of November 23, 2018, No. 2612-VIII "On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the importation of vehicles into the customs territory of Ukraine", are able to return to Ukraine.
Recall that during the meeting of the leadership of the RSA with the owners of cars with foreign registration Hennadiy Moskal promised to help in solving the problem that arose after the entry into force of legislative changes. However, only the Verkhovna Rada can finally resolve the problem by amending the existing law.
