In the Mukachevo district, quarantine has been introduced in several educational institutions due to measles

In the village of Velyki Luchky in Mukachevo district, schools are closed due to an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and a high risk of measles morbidity.

According to the Mukachevo District State Administration, the M-studio writes, the following schools are on quarantine from November 6:

Secondary school of the village of V. Luchky, number of students – 1016, 3 of whom are confirmed to have measles (students of grades 2, 3, 6);

Primary school of the village of V. Luchky, number of students – 154, 4 of whom have measles (grades 3, 4 and 6);

Kindergarten No. 2 of the village of V.Luchky, number of students – 216, 65 children have ARVI, as of 11.05.2018, no confirmed measles diagnosis;

Recall that the kindergarten No. 1 was closed on October 30, 2018. Also, measles was diagnosed in 4 more children, who don’t go to kindergarten, and 2 adults. In total, in the village of V. Luchky, 13 people have been diagnosed with measles.

The quarantine will continue until the epidemiological situation is stabilized.
