The murderer of a student in Nyzhnya Apsha may be imprisoned for 15 years

The prosecutor’s office has already filed the indictment against the young man suspected of murder.

The pre-trial investigation found out that on March 14, 2018, the suspect, during a quarrel with his friend, inflicted multiple stab wounds to the latter. The schoolboy died on the spot from the injuries.

The suspect is currently in custody. He is charged with a crime under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional unlawful killing of another person.

The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the investigators of the Transcarpathian regional police.

For committing this crime, the young man faces imprisonment for a term of seven to fifteen years.

Recall that the incident occurred on March 14, in Tyachiv district, the village of Nyzhnya Apsha. 

After finding out that the killer had been released under house arrest, residents of the village blocked the road as a protest.
